The Kunga Yoga School’s primary mission is to serve communities throughout the world and to provide yoga in an accessible way to all bodies, shapes, abilities, and cultures. As a yoga school, Kunga is fully registered as with Yoga Alliance, an international governing body that has standardized and set high expectations for the yoga industry.
The missions of service carries through with a donation from all yoga teacher trainings, Kunga public classes, and Kunga retreats. The donations go into the Kunga Fund which distributes those funds to three non-profits. Those three non-profits are Homes of Hope- an orphanage that has housed and educated thousands of children in India, The Farm Sanctuary- an organization that educates about the horrors of factory farming and houses rescued farm animals, and Yoga Village- a non-profit that spreads yoga through communities in the southern United States.
